类风湿性关节炎是以侵蚀性关节炎为主要临床表现的自身免疫性疾病，属中医“尪痹”范畴，其病机关键是阳气不足，阴邪阻络，留滞关节而发病。“阳化气不足”而致“阴成形过盛”是导致类风湿性关节炎发生发展的重要原因，这与“阳化气，阴成形”理论十分契合。基于“阳化气，阴成形”理论辨治类风湿性关节炎，若属阳化气不足者，应以温阳为首，在温补之剂中佐以温通之品；若属阴成形过盛者，当以通络为先，注重在方药中加入虫蚁、藤蔓之属，以通经活络，蠲邪除痹。
Abstract：Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease with erosive arthritis as the main clinical manifestation.It belongs to the category of "aggravated arthralgia" in traditional Chinese medicine.The key pathogenesis is the deficiency of Yang Qi, the obstruction of collaterals by Yin pathogens and its stagnation in joints. "Deficiency of Yang transforming Qi" resulting in "excessive of Yin shaping body" is an important reason for the occurrence and development of RA,which is consistent with the theory of "Yang transforming Qi and Yin shaping body".Based on this theory, in treating RA,when it belongs to the deficiency of Yang transforming Qi, warming Yang should be the priority, and warming and activating products should be added to the warming tonifying agent.When it belongs to those with excessive Yin shaping up body, dredging collaterals should be the priority, and attention should be paid to adding insects, ants, and vines to the prescription to dredge meridians, activate collaterals, eliminate Evil factors and arthralgia.
