功能性植物油是一类具有特殊生理功能的植物油脂,对人体具有一定的保健功能和药用功能。红花籽油中富含亚油酸,其含量高达73%~85%;紫苏籽油中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,其含量在90%以上。机体中维持ω-3 PUFAs和ω-6 PUFAs之间的平衡,能够有效改善机体的血脂代谢。红花籽油、紫苏籽油及其混合油均能有效降低高脂血症患者总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride, TG)水平,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, HDL-C)的水平。未来可以将红花籽油与紫苏籽油按照一定比例制成功能性食用油,或者在常用食用油如大豆油、花生油中添加红花籽油或紫苏籽油制成调和油,从膳食来源方面调节脂肪摄入的数量或构成,从而达到预防或改善高脂血症的目的。
Abstract:functional vegetable oil is a kind of plant oil with special physiological functions, which has certain health and medicinal functions for the human body.Safflower oil is rich in linoleic acid, which is 73%-85%.Basil seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which are found in more than 90%.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that maintaining a balance between omega-3 PUFAs and omega-6 PUFAs in the body can effectively improve the body′s lipid metabolism.Safflower seed oil, basil seed oil, and their combination were effective in reducing total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and increasing HDL-cholesterol(HDL-C) in patients with hyperlipidemia.In the future, safflower seed oil and basil seed oil can be made into functional edible oil in a certain proportion, or safflower seed oil or basil seed oil can be added to commonly used edible oil such as soybean oil and peanut oil to make a blending oil, which can regulate the amount or composition of fat intake from dietary sources to prevent or improve hyperlipidemia.
